Community Guidelines

Treat Everyone With Respect

VIOLATION: [Min: 3] | Max: Permanent Ban

There is zero tolerance for being impatient, argumentative or disrepectful towards members and staff.
There is zero tolerance for derogatory terms.
Do not spam message in discord, and do not direct message staff members without permission.
Decisions by staff are final, and cannot be reversed, so respect the decision made.
If you witness a player breaking the rules, do not post about it publicly. Use our ticket system in our Discord so the staff members can swiftly and professionally solve the problem privately.
Do not target any single individual for kidnapping, robbery etc. This is classed as harassment.
Any derogatory language and/or explicit/NSFW content on any platform, including the in-game phone, will not be tolerated and will result in being permanently removed from our community.

Do not advertise

VIOLATION: [Min: 3] | Max: Permanent Ban

Do not use FreeForm Roleplay to advertise or privetly connect with the community to sell or promote a server, product or service.
Offering members in-game benefits for real money is strictly prohibited.
Poaching for FreeForm Roleplay or any other server is strictly prohibited, any members found to be poaching will be permeanently removed from the community.

Fair Play & RP Integrity

Fail Roleplay

VIOLATION: [Min: 3] | Max: Permanent Ban

You must remain in character at all times, do not break chracter under any circumstance.
Terms to be used in city when refering to IRL terms:

"Server" = "City"
"Target" = "Third Eye"
"Reconnecting" = "Taking a nap" / "Head popping"
"Lag" = "Headache"

"Maulding", meaning a large amount of rage over a scenario, is prohibbited. Do not forget this is a video game for people to have fun, it will not always go your way.
Cop baiting in any format is not allowed. Do not trigger alarms to start a chase, you must continue the activity until its complete.
Using the radio or any other communication devices whilst injured or dead is not allowed. Do not use discord or any other app to tell people whats happened and your location, there are system in the server for you to use.
Do not abuse the "/me" system, they are to show physical action, not hidden feelings or secret messages.
Breaking roleplay to report a member or to leave a scene you dont enjoy is not allowed, finish the scenario first and then if needed, make a report in game or in our discord.

Power Gaming

VIOLATION: [Min: 3] | Max: Permanent Ban

If a player crashes, it is prohibited to steal their car or there personal items.
Do not use a Stun Gun to pop car tyres, as its unrealistic.
Making a player preform actions for your benefit is prohibited, this included but is not limited to:

Making them withdrawer money just because they dont have any cash.
Transfering Ownership of a car or business.
Making a player jump off a building, or actions causing death.

For in-game footage to be usable in character, you must use one of the following:

Wear a visible body camera.
Taking a photo with a camera or a phone.
Using a camera animation.
Having a security camera in the vicinity, if you do not/cannot use the steps above

Using emotes to abuse door locks/walls is strictly prohibited
You must not use the escort or carry mechanic to hide players out of sight of other players, such as inside walls.
Using the Player ID system to locate players through buildings is not allowed.

Meta Gaming

VIOLATION: [Min: 3] | Max: Permanent Ban

You must not watch a live stream on Twitch/Kick/Youtube/Discord whilst playing the server.
Transfering assets from one of your characters to another is not allowed.
Using information throughout all of your characters is strictly forbidden.
"Voice Identifying" is not allowed, you must only identify people by their phsyical looks, or any in game idenfitication items.

Deathmatching

VIOLATION: [Min: 3] | Max: Permanent Ban

Random Deathmatch (RDM)

Attacking a player without any prior reason or roleplay scenario, such as messages through in game social media or discord is not sufficient reason to attack a player.

Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)

Harming or killing a player with a vehicle without a motive or any prior roleplay scenario is prohibbited.

Roleplay Standards

Verbal Conduct

VIOLATION: [Min: 3] | Max: Permanent Ban

Roleplay events created in the city must remain in the city. Do not take in-character information out of city, as this will be breaking the metagaming rule.
Personal grudges out of city must not come in city. Whilst roleplaying, personal issues must be either forgotten or solved out of city.
Terms that break roleplay are not allowed to be used, this includes but is not limited to:

"Angles" = "Staff"
"Cousins" (in the form of an alternate character)
"Waiting Room" = "Discord"

Any form of racism, harassment, homophobia, ableism, and transphobia will not be tolerated and will result in being permanently removed from the community.

No Explicit Content/Roleplay

VIOLATION: [Min: 3] | Max: Permanent Ban

Any derogatory language and/or explicit/NSFW content on any platform, including the in-game phone, will not be tolerated and will result in being permanently removed from our community.
You must not name your characters any offensive names, as this can offend members.
The following topics should not be allowed to be roleplayed:

Pregnancy
Suicide/Self-Harm
Erotic
Underage

Not Valuing Life

VIOLATION: [Min: 3] | Max: Permanent Ban

Not valuing your life is not allowed. Treat roleplay scenarios as you would realistically.
The following list must be followed if you are involved in the scenarios:

If you are in a life-and-death scenario, respond accordingly.
If someone wants something from you whilst your life is at risk, give it to them.
Do not act unaccordingly to scenarios like robberies and hostage situations.
Do not provoke players just so you can kill your character to avoid blame or work around the rules.

Unrealistic Driving

VIOLATION: [Min: 3] | Max: Permanent Ban

Using a car in unrealistic ways is not allowed. We have methods in the server to prevent sports cars from climbing mountains.
Whilst flying a helicopter or plane, pilots or co-pilots should not shoot out of the windows or perform any unrealistic stunts (unless approved by staff).
Using "well-known" GTA 5 glitches is strictly prohibited, such as bunny hopping on a BMX whilst leaning forward to gain speed.
Vehicles are not to be driven inside buildings. Adhere to the basics of roleplay.

PVP Rules

VIOLATION: [Min: 3] | Max: Permanent Ban

Stealing all of a player's items during a robbery, commonly known as "pocket wiping", is strictly prohibited.
Using emotes to avoid being shot is not allowed. This is considered powergaming and breaks the realism of roleplay.
Causing significant harm to a player due to a post on the in-game social media is considered overreacting and is not permitted.
Starting a shootout with police over a minor situation, such as a traffic stop, is unrealistic and will result in punishment.

Game Mechanics & Features

No Exploiting

VIOLATION: [Min: 5] | Max: Permanent Ban

Any usage of hacks/cheats, third-party software, or exploiting is NOT permitted.
Use of any cheats, hacks, or third-party software to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited resources include but are not limited to:
- Always Day/Night vision packs
- Hit Boxes
- Aimbots
- Keybinding emotes for PVP advantage
- Stretched resolution or altered Field of View (FOV)
Any bugs or exploits discovered must be reported to staff via our Discord server.
Players found abusing bugs, even prior to knowing this rule, will be dealt with accordingly.

Combat Logging & Camping

No Combat Logging

VIOLATION: [Min: 5] | Max: Permanent Ban

Leaving the server within 20 minutes after a combat or roleplay scenario is not allowed.
If logging out is inevitable (e.g., game crash, server crash), players should wait until everyone is back to resume the roleplay scenario.
Ignoring an active roleplay scenario without providing a valid in-character explanation is prohibited. This includes abandoning a scenario to join another one.

No Camping

VIOLATION: [Min: 5] | Max: Permanent Ban

Camping at a rival gang's turf and shooting them on sight is not allowed. This is considered camping and breaks character.
Camping outside of a player's house to enter before they can lock the door is strictly prohibited.
Establishing a gang or group base in a public area (such as the hospital, player-owned businesses, gas stations, or garages) is not permitted, as it limits roleplay and gives an unfair advantage.

Cooldown Period List

VIOLATION: [Min: 3] | Max: 6

These cooldown periods are the minimum time an individual needs to wait before repeating a job. No criminal activity should occur 20 minutes after a restart, and 30 minutes before a restart.

Each job has a maximum capacity for group members, excluding hostages. Members involve: drivers, distractions, etc.
